General notes about the painting
HANDMADE oil painting on canvas. Unframed unless specifically advised.  The painting will be mounted on card of your choice. I will contact you when you place your order to discuss your options and this is included in the price.

·        The painting is signed, dated and titled on the back and is signed on the front.

·        The original painting comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Materials: Professional watercolour paints, premium paper, hand-painted.

Transport and Care of your Painting

Packaging: In order to protect the quality of the painting, if it is on stretched canvas it will be wrapped in bubble wrap and further wrapped in brown paper before being boxed for shipping.  Please note that I try to recycle cardboard boxes to minimise environmental impact and waste so the outer packaging may not be pretty, but the internal package will be smart enough to give to someone as a gift.  Paintings on unframed canvas will be posted in a robust poster tube.

Postage: To keep costs to you as low as possible I usually ship paintings with a value under £50 by second-class standard mail.  More expensive paintings will be posted by tracked mail.  Large paintings will be sent via Parcel Force or other parcel carrier.  If I can post to you more cheaply than my advertised shipping cost, I will always refund you the difference.

* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery time: I will order your mounting card border as soon as I receive payment for your order. Mounts are usually turned around in 5-7 days. I will aim to post your painting to you within 3 days of receipt of the chosen mounting card (5 days if over a weekend or Bank Holiday weekend).  I will keep in regular contact with you to keep you informed of progress.

Care: Your painting should not be kept in direct sunlight.  You can clean your painting by gently wiping over with a clean, dry lint-free cloth.  Do not use any cleaning chemicals, not even water, to clean your painting.

Return & Exchange Policies
I gladly accept returns and exchanges (but return postage will be at your own cost)
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery to arrange a return and refund.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

If you have any problems with a delivery, any questions about your paintings or you are not happy with your order for any other reason - just contact me and I will do my best to sole any problem to your satisfaction.

I’m passionate about art and love creating unique paintings.  If my artwork for sale is not quite what you are looking for but are inspired to own something similar but to your own design and specifications just let me know.  I would be happy to discuss options with you and determine if I can provide you with what you want.

 When I take on a commission we will agree the scope and price of the work in advance but you will not pay anything until you are completely happy with the final painting.
