• Do you offer free shipping?
  Yes, shipping is free within the mainland UK. For international orders, please contact me before purchasing for a shipping quote.

• How long does it take to receive my painting?
  I aim to dispatch your painting within 3 working days of purchase (5 days if over a weekend or Bank Holiday).

Returns & Exchanges

• What if I change my mind or the painting isn’t what I expected?
  I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

About the Paintings

• Are your paintings original?
  Yes, all my paintings are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

• Do you use high-quality materials?
  Yes, I use professional-grade acrylic and oil paints on premium canvas to ensure longevity and vibrancy.

Caring for Your Painting

• How should I care for my painting?
  Keep your painting out of direct sunlight. Clean gently with a dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

• Do your paintings have a protective finish?
  Yes, all acrylic paintings are varnished with a permanent acrylic resin. Oil paintings are varnished once fully dry.

Framing & Installation

• Do your paintings come framed?
  No, unless specifically stated. Stretched canvas paintings can be hung without a frame.

• Do you offer installation?
  Local installation (within 15 miles of RG7) is available, usually free for most paintings. Contact me to discuss if you require installation or require installation that is not local to RG7 (fees will apply).

Commissioning a Custom Painting

• Can I commission a custom piece?
  Yes! I love working on commissions. We will agree on the scope and price in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance payable prior to delivery.
